MONITORTV WARRANTY TERMS
Thank you for choosing Miracle MonitorTV!
Miracle Business, Inc. offers one year limited warranty for its MonitorTV against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase by the end user. The one year limited warranty includes one year parts, labor and CRT. During the warranty period, Miracle Business, Inc. will, at its option, either repair or replace defective product if it is proved to be defective.
The warranty on your Miracle product shall not apply to defects or damage resulting from improper or inadequate wiring and/or maintenance by customer; unauthorized modification and/or misuse; operating the product from a mechanical switchbox without a designated surge protector; physical damaged by improper handling and operation under unusual environmental conditions.
The warranty set forth above is exclusive and no other warranty, whether written or oral, is expressed or implied. In no event will Miracle Business, Inc. be liable to you for any consequential or incidental damages, including any lost profits or lost savings, or for any claim by any party.

Caution! Shipping damage as a result of inadequate or improper packing is the customer's responsibility. Use the original packing materials whenever possible. We recommend insuring the product for shipment. Also include a copy of your proof of purchase.
