Three Years Limited Warranty
Miracle Business, Inc. offers three-year limited warranty unless otherwise specified (One year warranty for HDTV monitor, LCD monitor, MonitorTV and 10" color CRT monitor) for its products against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase by the customer. The three-year limited warranty includes three-year free parts, one-year free labors and CRT. During the warranty period, Miracle Business, Inc. will, at its option, either repair or replace defective product if it is proved to be defective.
The warranty on your Miracle product shall not apply to defects or damage resulting from improper or inadequate wiring and/or maintenance by customer; unauthorized modification and/or misuse; operating the product from a mechanical switchbox without a designated surge protector; physical damaged by improper handling and operation under unusual environmental conditions. Any sign of wear and tear, scratch, cut, corrosion on the surface of resistive touch screen should be considered as physical damage.
The warranty set forth above is exclusive and no other warranty, whether written or oral, is expressed or implied. In no event will Miracle Business, Inc. be liable to you for any consequential or incidental damages, including any lost profits or lost savings, or for any claim by any party.
Caution! To avoid internal overheat and electronic short, please put your monitor at least 10cm away from the wall or over 10cm away from each side in a cabinet. Note that air-flow holes on the monitor shell must not be blocked such as a table cloth or curtain. All Miracle monitor cases are made by fire resistive materials. However, if you place your monitor in kitchen or in restaurant, you must clean oil steam dirt on the monitor in time.
Caution! There is no warranty service for physical damaged products. Shipping damage as a result of inadequate or improper packing is the customer's responsibility. Use the original packing materials whenever possible. We recommend insuring the product for shipment. Also include a copy of your proof of purchase.
Out of Warranty Service
Miracle charges the freight, cost of the damaged parts and $60.00/hr for labor ($30.00 minimum). Normally, all repairs will be done within one hour. All repaired products have 90 days warranty.
1. Print out the RMA Request Form
2. Fill it out and fax it back to (909)930-9311 with original invoice and serial number.
3. A RMA number will be issued to you after we receive required paper work.
4. RMA should be returned in original packing materials with all attached accessories. No warranty service for any physical damaged returns.
5. Before shipping, please attach one copy of your RMA paperwork with your package and write RMA number clearly on the mailing label.
All products purchased over 30 days can not be returned for credit. The shipping charges are not refundable. All returns are subject to 25% restocking fee.
